Gambling - what is it?

Unlike other board games, games of chance (their progress and success) are almost independent of the ability to play, and are mostly random. The probability of winning such games is studied in a branch of mathematics called probability theory.

Differences between games of chance

Dice or roulette games are based purely on chance. It's all down to the luck of the player. When we roll the dice, we cannot determine which way the dice will turn. Of course, there are exceptions when one or the other side of the dice is weighted, but that is cheating.

Poker is a game that can be won by understanding the player's rules, a kind of strategy - poker. It is just that the cards are dealt randomly.

Card games are classified as games of chance because the cards are dealt randomly. You never know which card you will get and what you might do with it. The history of gambling

One of the first games of chance was dice. People simply rolled the dice and whoever rolled the highest number of eyes won. Later, cards and their various games came into existence. Unfortunately, with the advent of cards came an increase in fraud. The corners are folded over to distinguish which card it is, or if the wrong card is drawn, it is secretly swapped with a useful variant. Cash games (otherwise known as gambling) have long been banned in various countries and are now still regulated by law in many places.
